Hi, I’m Frank Fiore, President of Accounting Freedom. We work best with small businesses doing somewhere between $250,000 and $15 million a year in revenue. We specialize in contractors, insurance agents, medical practices, salons, and restaurants. If that’s you, and you want a real accounting firm handling your books, not software you manage yourself, we’re a strong fit.
Here’s where we’re not the right call: if you’re just starting out and doing under $250,000 a year, you may not need what we offer yet, and we’ll tell you that instead of signing you up anyway. And if you genuinely want to do your own books and just need an annual business tax return, we’re probably not your answer either. That’s not a knock. It just means we’re not the right fit for where you are and the services you value.

Pick whichever is closer or more convenient. Our Mundelein, IL and Grafton, WI offices serve clients across both states and beyond. The team is shared, so it doesn’t change who you work with.
No. We work with clients in-person, by phone, and over video. Many of our clients have never set foot in either office. Pick the format that fits your schedule.
Nothing required. If you have your most recent business tax return and a current P&L handy, that helps us give you specific feedback faster. But we can have a useful conversation without any documents.
Monthly engagements start at $130/week ($400/month) for Core compliance, $175/week ($595/month) for Core+ which adds tax planning and advisory (where most clients land), and $245/week ($995/month) for CorePro with full KPI dashboards and cash flow forecasting. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
